Every service comes in three fixed-price packages: Basic, Standard and Premium. After a short call we confirm the package and send a written scope with a fixed price. Prices exclude taxes and third-party costs such as hosting, domains, plugins and AI usage, which are billed to you directly at cost.

A landing page takes 5–7 business days, a starter website 2–3 weeks, a business website 4–6 weeks, an AI chat assistant 2–3 weeks and a custom web app 8–16 weeks. We quote weeks, not days, so we can keep the date.

Smaller projects are 50% to start and 50% before launch. Mid-size projects are 40% / 30% / 30% on milestones, and large builds are split across milestones written into the scope. Work starts when the deposit clears. Care plans and retainers are billed monthly in advance.

You do. Domains, hosting, CRMs and automation accounts are created in your name with us invited as collaborators, and ownership of the code and design transfers to you on final payment.

Our team is in Pakistan. We cover US mornings on an evening shift, a full UK and European working day, and Pakistani business hours. Each market page lists its call hours in your time zone.

Yes. We use Claude to draft code, copy and tests, which is part of why we're fast. A person reviews every line before it ships, no client personal data or passwords ever go into a prompt, and it's written into our contract.

Yes. We work as a white-label build team for marketing agencies: your brand on the work, partner pricing, an NDA and a no-poach clause.

Every package includes a free support window (14, 30 or 60 days). After that, a care plan covers updates, backups, monitoring and edits. Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted first and billed at our hourly rate only after you approve it in writing.

Yes. We sign NDAs on request, and every project that processes personal data for UK or EU clients gets a data processing agreement before we touch the data.

Photography, logo and brand identity, translation, product data entry beyond the package limit, paid plugins and themes, hosting and domains. Several of these are available as add-ons with fixed prices.

The deposit covers discovery and design time and isn't refundable once work has started. Milestones that haven't been reached aren't invoiced, so you never pay for work that wasn't done.
