1. Who we are
This website is operated by Twelvefold Labs ("we", "us"). We build websites, AI assistants, CRMs and automations for businesses. For anything in this notice, email hello@twelvefoldlabs.com.
We are the controller of the personal data described here. When we build systems that process your customers' data, we act as your processor under a separate data processing agreement.
2. What we collect
- What you send us through our forms or by email: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number (optional), company, website, industry, the services you're interested in, budget and timing ranges, and your message.
- Where your visit came from: the page you sent the form from, the website that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link you followed (for example
utm_source). This is sent with your form, not tracked separately. - Technical data that our hosting provider records to run and secure the site, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested.
- The on-site assistant runs in your browser and answers from our published price list. What you type there is not sent to us unless you choose to send it as an enquiry.
We don't buy personal data, and we don't collect special-category data through this site. Please don't send it.
3. Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal — steps you asked us to take before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
- To deliver a project if you hire us — performance of our contract.
- To understand which pages and channels bring enquiries — our legitimate interest, using only the source information sent with your form.
- To keep records required by tax and accounting law — legal obligation.
We don't send newsletters. If we follow up on an enquiry and you tell us to stop, we stop, and we record that so it sticks.
4. Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need to run the business, each bound by contract to use it only on our instructions:
- Vercel — website hosting and the form endpoint.
- Our CRM and email providers — where enquiries are stored and answered. We'll list them by name here before launch.
- Google Fonts — your browser fetches our typefaces from Google, which receives your IP address.
- Professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers, where needed.
We never sell personal data or share it for advertising.
5. International transfers
Our team works from Pakistan and our providers may process data in the United States and elsewhere. Where UK or EU data leaves those regions, we rely on safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and the UK addendum, and we apply the same protection wherever the data is.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don't become projects: up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Client records: for the length of the contract and as long as tax and accounting law requires afterwards.
- Hosting logs: as set by our hosting provider, typically a short period.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it. Email hello@twelvefoldlabs.com; we reply within one month.
You can also complain to a regulator: in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk); in the EU, the data protection authority in your country. We'd appreciate the chance to fix it first.
California residents: we don't sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, and you can ask what we hold and have it deleted.
8. Security
Access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it, accounts use multi-factor authentication where available, and passwords are kept in a password manager — never in email or chat. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we'll tell you and the regulator as the law requires.
9. Children
This site is for businesses and isn't directed at anyone under 16.
10. Changes
If we change this notice, we'll update the date at the top. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
