1. About these terms
These terms cover your use of this website and summarise how we work. If you hire us, the signed Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work for your project govern the work, and they take priority over anything on this website.
2. Prices and estimates
- Prices on this site are our current launch prices for each package. They are an invitation to talk, not an offer that becomes a contract when accepted.
- The binding price is the one in your signed Statement of Work.
- The price estimator gives an estimate from our published prices. It excludes taxes and third-party costs such as hosting, domains, plugins, AI usage, call minutes and messaging fees.
- We may change published prices at any time. A change never affects a signed Statement of Work.
3. How projects work
- Scope first. No work starts before a signed scope and a cleared deposit.
- Milestone payments. Typically 50/50 for smaller projects, 40/30/30 for mid-size projects, and milestones written into the scope for larger builds. Care plans and retainers are billed monthly in advance with a three-month minimum, then 30 days' notice.
- Changes. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted first and starts only after your written approval.
- Ownership. On full payment, ownership of the deliverables made for you transfers to you. Third-party software stays under its own licence. Accounts are created in your name.
- Refunds. The deposit covers discovery and design time and isn't refundable once work has started. Milestones not reached are not invoiced.
- AI-assisted development. We use AI tools to draft code, copy and tests. A person reviews every line before it ships.
4. Our case studies
The products on our Work pages — LimoPilot, Limo Legacy and TowFusion — were built for companies under common ownership with us. They are shown as examples of what we can build, not as results achieved for clients.
5. Using this website
You may use this site to learn about our services and contact us. Please don't attempt to disrupt it, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, scrape it at scale, or submit false or unlawful content through its forms.
6. Intellectual property
The text, design, code and graphics of this site belong to us or our licensors. Product names and trademarks mentioned belong to their owners and are used only to describe the tools we work with; no partnership or endorsement is implied unless stated.
7. No warranty
We work to keep this site accurate, but it's provided "as is" and may contain errors. Nothing on it is legal, tax or financial advice.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Liability for project work is set out in your contract.
9. Links to other sites
We link to sites we don't control, including our own products' sites. We aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices.
10. Governing law and contact
The governing law for project work is set in your contract. Questions about these terms: hello@twelvefoldlabs.com.
