How we work
A process designed to remove the two big fears.
The open-ended bill and the developer who disappears. Every stage below ends with something you can check, and money only moves at milestones you've approved.

Day 1
Kickoff
A 45-minute call: goals, timeline, who approves, how we'll talk. You share access through a password manager, never by email.
- 01You sign the scope
Week 1
Requirements
A requirements document, site map, assistant knowledge list or workflow map, written from the discovery notes.
- 02You approve in writing
Week 1–3
Design
Wireframes, then visual design; or the conversation design for an assistant; or the data model for a CRM.
- 03Feature-complete
Weekly
Build
Built on a private preview link, with a demo and a written update every Friday.

Before you test
Quality checks
Our checklist: mobile, speed, forms, accessibility, security, and for assistants, tests against real questions.
- 05You sign off
5 business days
Your acceptance
You test on the preview with a short script and list anything that needs fixing.
- 06Live
Go-live day
Launch
Domain, monitoring, backups and analytics, then a smoke test on the live site.
- 07You own it all
14–60 days
Support & handover
Free fixes for the support window, then the handover pack and an optional care plan.
The handover pack
What you get at the end of every project.
- An access sheet: every account, its owner, how to log in — transferred to you
- Short how-to videos: editing pages, reading assistant transcripts, pausing an automation
- A one-to-three-page runbook: what's where, what it costs monthly, what to do if it breaks
- The source code, in your own GitHub or as a zipped copy
- A list of every plugin, service and licence, with renewal dates
- A signed acceptance certificate and an optional care plan
Changes
Small changes, handled cleanly.
Anything outside the signed scope is a change request, even a small one. We estimate it within two business days and you approve the cost and the new date in writing before work starts.
"Happy to do that — it's outside what we scoped, so I'll send you a quick change request with the cost and the effect on the timeline before we start."
What you'll hear from usRevisions
Rounds, not a drip.
A revision round is one consolidated list of feedback. Basic includes one round per stage, Standard two and Premium three. Extra rounds are billed hourly, and we'll tell you before one starts.
